Shipping Method
All gowns from Rufinna Bridal are custom made-to-order.
Please allow 6–7 weeks for production and shipping from the date your order is confirmed. Each dress is carefully handcrafted to your specifications and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Rush Option
A Rush Option (approximately 4 weeks) may be available if the requested style and size are currently in stock at our salon.
Availability for rush orders is limited. To inquire about a rush order, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and timelines.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Return / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of bridal garments, all wedding dresses are final sale.
Made-to-order, custom, and altered gowns are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each dress is created specifically for you, with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
We strongly encourage all brides to review sizing, details, and policies carefully before placing an order or booking alterations.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
